small groups
There are many reasons why someone would visit a church, maybe you are looking for a spiritual home. The main reason people stay is that they get connected; they find a place they can call home.We are not made to live a life of loneliness. Our faith is not to be lived out in isolation. We hunger for a sense of belonging. Everyone needs a place they can call home. Church should be somewhere that we can be ourselves and feel at home. Somewhere that it is safe to be real.We want Coventry Vineyard to be a vibrant community, where people are able to do life together, helping and supporting each other as we live this life as followers of Jesus. The small groups are the main way in which someone can get plugged into the life of Coventry Vineyard. They are the place we share life. This is where we live out our common purpose of being apprentices to Jesus, sharing the journey. Small groups function like the cells of a body. This is where the basic functions of life happen. They also make up the infrastructure of this church. Small groups provide a place where people can learn to express their love for God and become part of our church family. In each group we worship and learn together, pray and serve together.
We seek to connect with God and with each other.
